Orators Programme

Every time I visit Janelle at MIL place, I will make sure I dun miss any important messages that the school wanted to tell the parents. The teacher will pass the child sheets of information. The info of what activities, items to bring, amount to pay and big events I need to take note. As usual, Janelle will show us letters from school the 1st thing I stepped into MIL place. As she handed me this programme sheet, I was puzzled cos I have no idea what does this word ORATOR mean, (problem of not reading much when young)I continued the letter and somehow guessed what the programme is all about.
