I remember grabbing this jelly while I was doing my shopping at Isetan sale but I did not remember to eat it. Here I dig up from my bag and asked Julian if he wanted to try. He likes gummy but not all gummy. Surprisingly, this jelly or gummy taste quite good. A pack is only about 10 square gummy and hubby n I only took one each and the rest gulp up by the little ones. Wondered if I can get it somewhere nearer.

Anyone knows what is Running Man all about? If not, I think u need to go YouTube to search n watch running man before u continue with my blog. Running Man is a very famous variety show in South Korea. It is something like Amazing Race but really fun playing with friends. We have the honour to get Edmund our friend to organise the game for us. He got everything done while we play the game. At 1st we need to find our name tag at the area he specific, then we have to go into the shop to observe all the its and return to him to answer his question in order to proceed on. Then there is a few items that made our old bone ran up and down, to and fro to get the answers. Lastly we have to ensure our tag is not rip off by the others. Our new washer was here finally and now into operation mode. Still I am running behind technology. There are so many functions I can use on this washer. Law is just as excited as he just got another electronic computer gadget. Instead of me familiarize with it, he is now more expert in how to use the washer. Actually it is more like he buying the fridge for me n I am paying the washer for him. With the new washer I suggested to cleared up some space for a useful basket trays to categories our laundry. It make my service balcony smaller but neater.

Finally someone really know what to get for me as a gift oversea. I really love Jennifer! The couple actually brought back a chilli dipping sauce from Korea. What more can I say? I simply love them!!!!

Staff conference at expo talks about creativity n innovation. Let me start with creativity.

People telling me not to have expectation and I would not feel so sad when I know the result but I cant help expecting minimum when I given my maximum. At 1st I was gratefully told by my project manager to my head programme that the team deserved more rest days as we burnt a few weekends on the system migration work which can only commerced on weekends. I was grateful for his understanding. When I think I really need my off days to run some errands, I dropped my manager to inform him. He replied with to my head that we deserved a 1.5 days off from the 4 weekends job. Oh my, the team only deserved 1.5 off days for the hard work we put in during the weekends!!! "screaming"  Leaving my kids and continued on my work commitments on these horrible weekends only get me 1.5 off days!!!! I am expecting minimum but this is way too little to be justified for the team hard work. Then the management will find excuses, reasons that 1.5 off days is not an entitlement q...

I just gave a 20 min nagging session on carelessness when I spotted unacceptable nos of careless mistakes on her maths homework that I needed to sign. The nagging lasted 20min and it is not just talk reminder kind, yes I raised my voice and tell her the cons of not checking her work. The next day, she showed me her Chinese paper that she scored 96/100, with 1 mistake and truely a very silly one. I could see she felt sorry for her mistake but then I cant help it but to lecture one more round, stressing n stressing how important checking the work again. I believe she understand but then carelessness still happens. Haizz..

After reading how to chose a crab on ieatishoot blog, I am all ready to buy good crab now. Infact the blog did teach a skill that my mum taught me when I was young. That was to press at the belly of the crab but only after reading the blog did I know why we may get crab that feel quite empty sometime. It is not that the crab is no good, it is just that the crab has not fill up its body with meat. I managed to get 6 crabs for 2kg and each kg cost me $20. The crabs were beautiful, cos they are truely very meaty after cooking. The seller was very honest, may be they see that I know something about the crab so better dun fool me. I did a black bean stir-fried crab, not really that good but look at the crabs, my relatives all finished up that nite. My cousin who does used to take much had a great feast that night. I was especially happy to see everyone enjoying the food and company.

After my fridge, Law itchy backside again and this time we change another item in the house. Our Samsung topload washer which served us a good 10 yrs too. However chosing a washer is less complicated and headache cos we have somehow settle for a model and brand the very 1st begining. We are going back to Samsung but instead of topload which is not water saving we are going for the front load washer of as big as 8kg comparing to our old washer which is only 6.5kg. But but but, the price we are paying is 3x of what we paid for our topload 10 yrs back. We are trying to squeeze out some goodies out of the saleman but not quite successful but I think the saleman is happy that we actually came back to him twice to get appliances from him and with Samsung promotion he gave us a free compact digitial camera which I think doesnt worth very very much now. Still I took it cos the kids can use it and together with my fujifilm they dun have to fight over one camera anymore. In the end...

My dear Mitsubishi fridge has served us well for the past 10 years and it chose the most auspicious date to tell us it need to retired. To me, I always thot the fridge should able to last me more than 10 yrs. May be 15 yrs or so, therefore I never really thinking of changing it away. Well well.... It left me no choice but to start looking ard for fridge, at 1st I wanted to get the Samsung but the fresh vege compartment was way too small. I am too used to big compartment for my herbs and vege and fruits which make me simply cannot agree with the design. The fact is none of the fridge really has the interior design I really like but in this world nothing really goes the way I wanted so I have to blend into the world right. Finally I settled for Panasonic design which come with a good 4 ticks for energy saving. We have to ensure the fridge could sit right onto the platform we built 10 yrs ago to house the fridge. Okay, I have to admit is a wrong choice to do that but that was 10 ...

Today I prepare hot bow pasta for my dearest daughter and feeling great to be able to wake up to make it happen. Although to Janelle it doesnt matter if she get any lunchbox from me. During my visit to the National Library, I spotted a recipe of sauage coated with honey n sesame. I run out of sesame so I coated the sauage with melon seed instead. Sesame will be nicer, better to have some standby at home. We also get to make use of the snoopy thermo container to keep the food warm. It was small for adult portion but just nice for the kid to bring for break.

We have finally set a brand n model on a printer. Trying to something reasonable and yet good enough resolution n cheap on the refill. Espon office 535 n a free head phone too. Now each of us has our own head phone now.

Law was not doing so well recently. 1stly, he has a bad acne that is bothering him more than a month. He isnt the type that will develop pimples or acne but this acne was bad and for weeks he was very bother by pple comments on it. Even if he had visited the doctor and taken antibotics for that, it just did not really clear off. After the acne is getting better, he got eye infection and from 1 eye to another. Although it was contigous but luckily none of us got it. It is really heartpain to see hubby suffering one after anther. Hope he is free of all the nasty little infection from now.

I am glad that the feedback from Julian's teacher is very encouraging but then I still need to work hard together with him. I have to thanks my working peers to give me great advises and we have made so far decided what we are going to do with Julian. Apart from everything, Julian is still a caring and forgiving kid. I am always feel ashamed as he is more open-hearted than his mummy.

Only when you plan then thing will happen. This is what I am going to do to make thing happen. What to plan for? Holiday planning! It is about the time we started planning for our June holiday and we wanted to make it to the places we had planned before but didnt manage to make it last year. Where? Cameron Highland!!!! It is so sad that the land slide have stop our trip in December and this time we really wanted to make it to the top. Hahaha... My brother in law is very excited about the trip but we have a problem here. My sister IS NOT feeling that well now and we are praying that her condition will improve coming June as her condition suppose to stabilise by then.

A treat to myself for the hardwork last year. In term of parenthood and work so me, eelin n Ngee Hwee organise a makan session at Buffet Town. My criteria is to have oysters in the buffet. I am so happy to see the food I like that I forget to take many pictures.

We are always told not to play with our food but there are rare chances where playing with food is perfectly ok.

Can't just let my Friday passes by boringly on the raining day. So we had rice dumpling moulding n homework then some baking in the late afternoon before I start another round of cooking for dinner. Here I pick up the zebra cake from the happycall thread transform it to my mini zebra cup cake. Hmmm something to add on, banana on this mini deli. Here presenting the zebranana mini cup cake.

Finally make it today. Prepare the noodle overnight, I frozen the soba overnight n defroze a little this morning. Soak the eggs overnight on the teriyakkin sauce m heat up this morning as kids do not like cold eggs.

I am truely surprised that I am really recieved my sample pack of coffee from Japan. Law still wondered what did I order from Japan this time. Japanese are really innovative pple, even on the coffee they sent me. Will post the coffee when Law gets to make them. Beside the coffee, I got the Lotus biscuits that was produced in Belgium. It wasnt cheap compared to other brand of biscuit but it comes with a pack of 25, i didnt really count it. This was the 2nd time I bot the biscuit. It was really a nice biscuit to go with coffee and tea during tea break. Janelle likes it, I packed a few for her to share with her classmates but none of her classmate knows how to appreciate the biscuit. That is too bad.. hahahha..

The kids are addicted to Draw It game on my iPhone and they enjoyed watching n guessing the correct answers with me. The fun part is laughing on the picture others are drawing for me. Not only that,Jan n Jul get to participant on the game too. If the object is not too difficult they will volunteer to draw for me. So happen that none of us can draw the owl n Julian said he wanted to try. Oh my, I am surety friend is able to guess his drawing. He drew it really well!
