Jellio Jubilee Sky

Little Skyler has being bugging me to bring him to his favourite Sushiro for his sushi craving. 

I always dream to go for it but I hate running/jogging. I dun have the stamina to do even a 1km run. How to go for 10km? I must be crazy! Yes, 48 now and I dun start having crazy thought and things I will never get to do it. The begining of the run was because a colleague who hardly exercise said he will join so people like me of same category also signed up to support him. Furthermore, he will be walking and not jogging, which is same as me. WALKING. We started late because we waiting for you and me. Starts around 7am, the race for 10km run started at 6.30am Feeling shiok because you only got to walk like a big "boss" in the middle of the road as if you own it at this moment. Must enjoy it.  We still walking to the starting point which like we walk for another 1km. Take a photo before we start.  Taking picture along the way since I am walking. I was supposed to plan a birthday staycation but end up hubby booked the hotel instead. He wanted to shop at JPO and spotted a bag that he liked.  A sling bag for him. We stayed at St Giles Southkey JB. In Malaysia, always go for new hotel because they dun really keep up with the room maintenance after a while. The hotel is co-located with the SOGO southkey shopping mall which is very ideal to shop and sleep and eat.  We are suppose to go for seafood dinner but Law decided that he didnt want to drive out so we end up korean BBQ instead. Cheap and good. 

 It was a busy Sunday with celebration. 1stly we attending Amelia One year old birthday ceclebration.  BIL invited a magician to perform for the kids. The magician brought along a buddy for the kids to pat after the show. We are supposed to come for birthday dinner much earlier because Janelle insert her Korea trip last min and daddy have to change the timing. Luckily we still able to get seat on 23 Jul.  They have an order your pasta counter where they cook the pasta on the spot. Lobster is not really our favourite and it was quite true because the meat was not sweet and a bit tougher than poached prawn. Skyler like the pasta but not the lobster so we share the lobster instead but we only share the half lobster after that none of us wanna waste our tummy space for it.  The dessert table are full of beautiful dessert.  We finally remember to get someone to take a family shot for us. Very lucky to won a pair of Gold Class ticket from my Nelson scanning contest. I never won anything from the group. So surprise to rx the call from the Nelson scanning group to be informed that I won it. Yippy!

 Thanks Ashley for inviting us to her new place and also get to meet Ashley's mum. She was still as healthy as ever.  When Ashley 1st told me that her previous neighbors got intimated by her dog - Handsome. I couldnt understand why because Singaporean kept dog as pet but why they react so differently toward Handsome.  The moment I saw Handsome I could understand now, however Handsome is really a very gentle dog. He doesnt even bark a single time while we were there. He is such a strong old dog and probably only has less than 10% of fats on his body. He will sniff us and give us a rub using his head and was very obedient and listened to all Ashley instructions.  Skyler was more interested with Ashley's Cat but at time she may not like us to pat her or she wanted to play with Skyler and will use her paw to return as gesture. Both and Skyler gotten a few "kisses" with her teeth but that was quite an interesting feeling. LOL Still Skyler loves the Cat more.  ...

Ah ger embarking her 1st virgin trip on her own without us. 2 gers going Korea on their own, seriously I regret after giving her the approval. We have remind n remind them to keep up posted daily to ensure they are safe and sound.  I ack your bravery and independence but as mum, I couldnt help worrying when kid leave our side to explore the world themselves.  I believe other mummies will have the same feeling as me. The gers did their own planning, do their own booking.  We wanted her to call home daily to ensure she is safe and sound. She will post her meals to show us. I'm glad the gers eat well. She also got a Gundam for Julian at my expense. LOL I wonder if her luggage can put in so much.

We had a simple dinner at PizzaMaru with the kids and a small cake for song and candle blowing for Julian. Happy Birthday to my elder son.

The pictures are so well taken, they look like poster photos to me. Thanks to Faith for taking photos of the boys when she is volunteering in school and not forgetting to capture the precious moments and sent me after that. 

 Sometime they can do something weird..... thats my kids... creating fun in life.

We chose to work in today and little Skyler has no class due to Youth day. We lunch out to his favourite place - McDonald.  Did some walk on the beach.  I love this shoot where Skyler, sea, sky are link up. Thes two little lambs always fill the house with voices, arguments and shouts. When there were arguments between the 2, Skyler will complained 1st. One of the classic one. Skyler: Jie Jie, why you like that! You said u love me? Janelle: "Smirking" He never fails to amuse us with his words.

 When is the last time I attend a wedding dinner? It was a delightful night to see the happy couple and to see many of my Malaysia cousin, uncles and aunties. We took many photos and Skyler meaty look was veru likable among the grandpas especially 大舅公.

 We did some shopping around Bukit Bintang. The shopping malls are still around but there was nothing much in the malls to shop about. The only interesting mall is Pavilion where the Japanese street and we are getting a dozen of Eureka popcorn.  A quick sushi lunch at Pavilion before we walked back to our hotel. Along the way, we came across ice cream stands for some cold treat under the hot weather. Love xiao yi place, her place as a nice view and there is a prison nearby that was told to hold the previous PM of Malaysia. It was a full month night and we all using our phone to capture the moon.
