I received a bouquet of flower from Law sent to my office during lunch time. A pleasant surprise as I expecting to receive tmr . It is a beautiful rose bouquet and my cubicle is now fill with the lovely rose fragrant . Am I suppose to look forward for my 33 years old birthday? hmmm ...

Finally brot Janelle for ear piercing on friday , we managed to find a shop that did ear piercing. Many jewellery shop has stopped doing it for pple . We were directed by another jewellery shop that there was a shop call Stege at Level 2 of Parkway that provide such services. It was a small shop selling all kind of stubs, ear, nose, tummy etc etc. I enquired about the price and was told that the price was according to one stub not a pair. After discussing with the shop assistant I was convinced to get the better stub for Janelle which cost $18 each, $36 for a pair and if I wanted both stub to be administered at the same time I need to pay $10 extra. Do I have a choice? What if Janelle back off after doing one side? I bet she wun want to go thru the pain twice, so I have no choice. Janelle has being asking me if it will be painful. 生日第一步曲 Sisters asking me if I celebrating bday on Sat, which happen to be my lunar bday. Since it was a Saturday n everyone is not working. No harm gather ard to get and chat, and that night was also pre-run of the F1. As requested by Mary, i went to get a 2kg pork belly from market on Friday morning but I didnt really have much time to marinate the meat nicely this time. The result was not as good as the previous roasted pork I made. Never expect much on rough work. I told mum we have steamboat cos I didnt want to do much cooking so mum bring over two cuttlefish that she has soaked for me. The cuttlefish are really delicious, very crunching and not mushy, goes very well just eating like this. Mary got me a Tiramisu cake which cost $60++ from choz but neither one of us like the cake. Haizzz it was a wrong choice to sms her and tell her I want it, shld have ask her to get a ice-cream cake instead. Of course the kids will not miss the singing and blowing sessions...

We attended Roy & Cherry ROM held at the ROM. I thot young pple now dun "heng" going back to ROM for registration. Roy looked especially handsome on his big day. Hair was very well styled, and the bride was stunning lovely. I was requested to help out in photo taking, but knowing way back that Roy was also getting another friend to help out. However, it turned out that the other photographer was injured and couldn't attend his ROM ceremony but he passed his camera to another friend to help out. This new really stress me out a little, as the other friend doesn't know how to operate a DSLR, he just point and shoot. Well, not that it will not be nice but will be such a waste. I have not really explored my new external flash and I have problem shooting with it. The photo did not turn out wat i really want, this really panic me. Finally, I got my night "passport" to join the Singapore Photographer outing to shoot Remote Kites at Clark Quay. I asked a few friends along to join me but most of them couldnt make it. I even dropped my good old Pri school pal Sumei if she will be interested. I didnt get any reply from her, so i thot she may not be free but surprisingly she sms in the morning. No reply cos she was away to Msia for a course and I asked her again if she will be interested to come along. Yes, she joined me and brot along another friends. I have not seen her for 5 yrs and yet she doesnt change much. We met some good photographers at the outing who were very willingly to share their shooting skills with us. I invited my sisters & mum over for dinner on Sunday since Monday is a public holiday. Then Mary asked if we still making donut. (I asked them to come over to make donut together) I thot we were quite full after dinner but since both my sisters are quite excited abt donut making, I guessed no harm trying as there are so many mouths helping me to clear them. I have gained much confident in the pre-mix now, since after I tried the pre-mix muffin from my aunt and Red-man. I guessed donut pre-mix from Prima should go too much wrong. So I just followed the instruction on the package. Using my mixer to make for 10mins and leave it to prove for 25 mins. Rolled out and let it prove for another 5 mins. I got two donut cutter after I attended the mooncake lesson last week, which came in handy this time. My collick Ngee Hwee spotted new classes at Phoon Huat website and suggested we all try out making our own mooncakes this year. I dun really fancy mooncake but I dun mind learning how to make it. Still cooking and baking are my passion. Great thanks to Eelin, she knew the class was going to be super hot. So she purposely make a trip down to Sim Drive Phoon Huat on the start day of registration to make registration for 6 of us. I asked Xian along this time. We were taught to make Yogult Snow Skin mooncake with truffle fruit filling & Bake mooncake with macadamia & pine nut & lotus filling. Due to some reasons, a big groups of students didnt manage to turn up so there were only 9 students in the mooncake making class. With a given budget from him, I have being going thru the forum spree, the official website for one. Unfortunately, didnt really set an eye on any carrier, althot I really need one as my Charles and Keith bag has give way. I decided to get the Ali Large Wristlet instead of a carrier, which only cost $128 from one of the spreer in the forum. Pictures speaks a thousand words..... Was trying to get Janelle to do a rectangle so I can shoot thru it using her hands as the frame but she has problem it. She gave me a triangle instead. Have you ever try prawning before? Well, this was the 1st time for me and Janelle. After the prawn shop assistant went thru one round with us, we all rushed to get and our rod to fish out the prawn. Janelle and I waited for a while to catch our 1st prawn. Really made us excited when we see the bait went down into the water... Eelin and Angeline brot their gers along, and Janelle having great time with them. Which also meant I can relax and monitor my rod. We managed to catch 7 prawns after 3 hrs of prawning. Hmm... I think is good cos 1st time for me but my brother felt $30 for only 7 prawns were really expansive. Anyway, most important was that we all enjoyed the event. (my Catch) (Prawns queueing up for photoshoot) I got pinched but the prawns a few times when I need to retrieve it and placed in my basket.. Ouch Ouch.. Too late to cook the prawns, so I kept them "safely" in my freezer now.

Hideous, horrid, horrific, exorbitant, extortionate driver that nearly knocked my family down. The incident happened just this morning at the enrichment center. It was during the period where the kids finished the lesson. The corridor outside the center was always crowded during that timing which also happened to be a wet morning. Many parents will either drop their kids infront of the entrance and some cars will try to make their way into the little road. It always get busy during that timing. We were happened to park our car at the lot that was just 1 min walk away from the center. Law and Julian were waiting for us at the entrance. After fetching Janelle and we were about to walk over to our car which was just opposite the center. So happened that there was a car that park just infront of us.
