Janelle is a big fan of chocolate and she needs chocolate everyday to make her happy. She can get really cranky if she didnt get a share of it. So instead of lousy and overly sugar chocolate I decided to get her some better chocolate to satisfy her craving. I guess with good chocolate, at least she doesnt take too much at one go. I also have a reason to stop her from taking too much each day. So, I walked over to Awefully Chocolate shop at Joo Chiat and decided to get a 100g of their dark chocolate for a try. Unfortunately they do not allow customers to have any sampling. They packed a 90++g dark chocolate for me which was only about 6 pieces in a box. Andy suggest I brot her to swim more often. Ethel said cos he needed girl swimmers very much and especially little ger with Janelle's built. I dun mind, cos I really hope she can proceed further and gained back what we have waste for 9 months. Under Andy, Janelle strokes was much better and I dun think once a week lesson will help much. Since I was on MC ytd, I decided to bring Janelle down to the club for a try. It was not too hard to find the pool, which is just a walking distance from the train station. Infact I was more impressed by the environment than the actual venue. That day, Josh was sick so Ethel didnt turn up but I met up some of her friends at the pool. After getting kids to another coach, I have seem how much different from the previous to the current. Julian totally enjoyed the session so much. He can do bubbling after the 1st session and he even shocked us by jumping into the deep pool and try to kick up to the surface and hold on to the pool edge. That was quite a frighting sight! All the mummies commented that Julian did not look like the one who didnt want the head to be under the water. Yes, I was totally caught off guard by his action and his progress. He really refused to have his head under the water when I tried to teach him bubbling myself, yet he was very much willing to learn under the coach. May be it was easier to entask the role to other. Now, I am looking forward every Sat to watch Julian swimming in the pool.

Opened up my letter box and found a pile of envelopes , a few with my names on it. Billing time is just ard the corner but then there are two different envelopes which are quite different from the rest. SPH ? I thot another Spam mail again. I opened it up and surprised to find that I won the Kichi Kichi $50 dining voucher. * yippy * Then another letter from Janelle future primary school to inform us that she was successful admitted and the orientation date. It is a great day!

My amazon items are here. I think the happiest was Law cos I ordered a Fitflop Dass for him. I asked Janelle to try the Teva shoes that I got her. She took a look and giving me an unwilling look. She said she didnt like the color and I should have asked her before getting it. So sad to learn that she didnt it at all, haizzz.. I quite like it cos the sole is very soft and comfortable. Look like my little girl wanted to start making decision for her life now. On top of that, I got Janelle some books for her coming P1 reading and some DVD for Julian to watch.

After fetching Janelle from class, I saw Law carrying 2 big bags walking toward me. My jaw dropped. He went to get a NERF full auto machine gun and a NERF Strikefire. I shifted my glare to Julian, giving him the signal of "Are you asking daddy to get you another toy?" "Why are there toys again?" I asked Julian. "Not me, daddy buy for himself." protested Julian. Law smiled but he said Julian insisted to get the strikefire giving the reason that Jie jie also get to play. I just kept many of his toys away and only showing some on sight and now daddy was here to spoilt the "market" again. Mummy: "Why do u let daddy buy more toys? What I am going to show are some art work that were done by Janelle in school. What amaze me was how well each of them was executed. Teacher Winnie is really good in handcraft. She did alot but I didnt take down the picture of her works which is such a pity. In the past, the class made You Tao Hu, Nasi Lemak, crabstick and many more by using simple material. The effect was like real food from the far, nobody will expected the work were from K2 students. I will give all the credit to the delicated teachers from the childcare. One day, Janelle brot two small bag home. One of the bag looked like this and I thot either Law or MIL packed a packet of french fried for her to bring home. Just recently we realised we have being spotted this little guest appearing at some corners of our place. Not too sure was it one or a few of them settling down comfortably with us. One will be laying at a spot that I will definitely see it then it will run and hide out somewhere like playing hide and seek with me. I dun really have a problem with them unless they crossed my path and make me or the kids screamed for help. Infact, I dun classified them as pest, only issued was the poo that they left behind on my kitchen table and some corners of my house that I have to clear it away. I dun think toilet-training was quite possible for these little guys. But I realised that they have grown bigger, fatter and fairer. After I discovered the note that Janelle had key into my iTouch I though she wun be playing with the application again. Today I opened up my Note Application and found a new note. Xian went Beijing with her Primary school classmates for Holiday and she did some shopping n get something back for us. Addidas shoes which we find a bit werid on the logo but I dun care cos the shoes is quite nice. She got me a Hara Juku bag which is so cute. Mary kept asking if she could exchange with me cos she complaint the bag that Xian got her was really AUNTY. hahahaa.. Not only that my GAP and Polo Ralph items had finally arrived. Elin told me the size run smaller for Polo so I order a size bigger but end up still big for Janelle. The most sayang is the Polo jean which is way too big for Janelle. Should I keep till she could wear it or should I passed to Xian and try. Beside that the Polo top that I ordered is also too big for me. The material is really comfortable, so pity. However Julian tee was very well pack in a box. I am so impressed! My Gap items were here too. I didnt realise I order quite a lot this time and I even order same design and different size top for myself...

I cant remember if i spent enough for DBS to give me a free watch but I got a letter from DBS to redeem an Adidas watch within a month. Wow... not bad.

We used this term POT very often in work. Unfortunately these term are to be reused during Primary One registration. We went to the school temporary location at Circuit Road to register Janelle for P1. I was in queue 44, after I filled up the application I went over to the counter for the staff to check my relevant documents. She told me I have alot of neighbour from my area this year. This was definitely not a good news to me. I didnt notice that there are alot of neighbours with kids of Janelle age or they are just too small size that I have somehow misjudge them. By the end of the day, MOE website reflected 70 applicants for the school out of the 50 seats to be filled. The fear of going through balloting now and after checking KS forum, my heart sank to the bottom. Some parents called the school and the school staffs actually told the parents that there are 58 applicants that is within 1km from school.
