Got these useful tools to kick start. The soil is very moist which is good for the seed that required to soften and start sprouting.  Got these from Far East Floral. Step 1: Soak in water Step 2: Wait for it to absorb and expand.  Step 3: After full expansion, insert the seed to plant.  Step 4: Wait for the seed to sprout or till the root appear our side the sachet and plant it in the pot.  Soon, I found Daiso also selling something similar and it is much bigger than the big starter pot I got at Far East Floral. 4 for $2 from Daiso. 

Very inspired by all the plants posted by colleagues that I wanted to start growing again. Flowers, herbs, vegetable or just green. I am ready but not sure will I be giving life or create more death.

This is one variety I want to try out. My mum and sister prefer this than the othe meat sauce I did last round. Asking my friends for feedback cos they tried the black bean version. The kids prefer the black bean cos they dun understand why must I add vegetable into the meat sauce. The adults prefer this version cps it is more flavourful. Noted!!! LOL.

This should be one of the best bun result I even had after countless failure of trying to make bread. After thinking hard and long Hubby decided to pamper himself to get a nice watch for working so hard for a year. One of a good watch to keep as collection. There is a lady collection too... I am considering. 

What a spread!  I like the escargot the most. It is always a good and cheap restaurant for the family but different branches dun usually produce the same standard of food.  This is a new dish and we love it.  This is good and thankful Janelle took my advice. Always the best!  Simple and healthy.  A little price and many dishes.

We decided to make the Satay Lok Lok possible so all the preparation started way ahead. 2 weeks ago, I asked Law to send me to mum place to get a pack of ready satay sauce. I have no idea if the satay sauce is going to make it cos it was my 1st time trying. I opened up the pack that I got and mixed it with water. Bring it to boil and the aroma fill up the room. I was surprised the sauce taste quite similar to the one at Melaka. Next is to have my marketing done, get all the food skewed up. We have so much varieties for everyone. My BIL was excited and he was our fire control machel making sure the sauce will not be burnt. In case we ran out of sauce, I ever asked mum to get me 2 more packets of sauce to standby and of course an extra packet of sesame and peanut mix. We didnt get to open up another pack of sauce cos as the cooking went along, the sauce got thicker and I have to add water in between to dilute it slightly and we still end up a good pot of sauce. Any adventure Easter day for the familes. Today is suppose to be the day my sister bringing Janelle out. She promised the kids to have a 1 to 1 outing.  However Law decided to follow as well so I rope my sister in too. The more the merrier mah.  But something not so lucky happened to BIL car and the family got delayed.  Happy boy with daddy.  Playing with water while waiting for Ah Yee. Sis came in ard noon time and we helped the kids to get ready. Neely seems to enjoy the sun and water with the adults. There was a few round of call up due to thunder but eventually back to  sunny for us to continue the fun.  We are all so burned after a day soaking up. The kids enjoyed themselves so much. 

Janelle has a tooth blocking the adult tooth from coming out and they are growing parallel. MIL and hubby are urging me to bribg her to see a dentist, so why me? Am I more resourceful?? Since i was on leave for MIL to go for her Qing Ming. I took the chance to settle it once n for all. But which dental clinic?? Q&M is out, i dislike the doctors cos they are not kids friendly at all. I had bad experience with them. My nepture clinic which is at Chai Chee, i am too lazy to travel all the way there. GPA at United square is good but it is too far and i dun know how much i endes up to pay for it. I did a search on internet and i read someone mention Smile Concept and it is at Kallang leisure park which is only 1 MRT station away and I saw my cousin bringing her girls there for polishing. I called up the actual day and was lucky to get an appointment at 345pm.I requested for a kids friendly doctor to ease Janelle tension.  When in with her and doctor did a 1st round of examination...

Smart look after a haircut

My house is a mess, I have no maid and hubby and kids are not my source of help. I realised I cannot carry on like this anymore and must really get all of them to do their part. So on Saturday, after working hours alone in the office to do my ACL and a BBQ dinner. I was so exhasted to do much. I walked into the kids room and told Janelle that she will have to start tidy up her bedroom from now on. I will provide her whatever storage she required to organise her stuffs. My reason was that I wanted to train her to organise her environment herself and the ability to categorise her stuffs in the way she wants instead of me telling her how her stuffs should be placed. That my work is getting heavier and there are possibilities that I will need to travel back office on weekends for work, I will have very little time to tidy up her room. Oh yes, I still have a messy store-room to handle.

This is 1st time Julian experience with Korean BBQ cooking his own food. He wanted me to take picture to show 奶奶。

Good food must goes with good beverage. Mixed chops with mushroom sauce. Chicken and pork belly and mini sauages. Steak  Penne Pasta Lastly, the attempt to drunk the kids.  Actually, Janelle and Julian enjoy my new introductory drink very much and they hope such drinking session will continue.
