Having a great lunch with colleagues at Morganfield. Specialise on their rib but I prefer my Honey Stung chicken.

There is big gap under the kids windows that I need to to utilize. In search for a suitable shelving to fit into it for the kids books. We thinks that Ikea Expedite shelving unit should into the gap. With the new shelf unit, it will free up some space in my new study room. A small table for home laptop will do as we do not have much space in middle room. Bingo. The gap is filled. 

The kids need their own bed. We sold away the double deck bed cos the kids do not like to sleep on it. Now with the new room I wanted then to have their own bed and not sleeping on the floor with mattress anymore. There are some teething issues for kids sleeping on the floor and I cant wait to solve it.  I had being sourcing for single bed, searching high and low for a suitable bed. Budget, durability, colors and size are my consideration. We shortlisted Seahorse wooden bed frame and their mattresses, that settled everything at one place. Bingo. Some calculation error but we would be able to find any other bed that will be able to fit into the arrangement we wanted so situation make us change. This is the way I wanted to place the bed but that mean I will have to shift the kids drawers out. Amazing thing happens, and make me believe it has something to do with the bed. I need to do one more to see if the effect works for Julian. New bed and mattress are so comfor...

We have is limited budget and time but there was an urgent issued on our toilet that we need to settle. The horrible looking stained tiles. Both of us had enough of the ugly tiles and we decided to do something to the toilet. There will not be any hacking so we decided to do the eproxy paint. We had been eyeing on this technique for a while and we finally into it. Walk into expo and their showroom and decided on the colours, made payment and fixed the dates, 超级豪爽.  Waiting for the effect to come on 15 Jan and will be in time for Chinese New Year.  This is how horrible my toilet tiles. 

 Xmas is a good time for Law to get me what I want. I got him a new wallet too. I need a lanyard as mine was in bad shape. I nearly ordered a Coach lanyard then I saw this Picard lanyard which they have just included in their collection. Law said he will add on to my pressie too. Feel like a kid chosing my presents.  In return, I got his a blue wallet too. This year they are going to be our 开运 发财包。

I am considering this as upgrade instead of reno cos no hacking and only moving, shifting, recolouring work will be done. We have renewed the study room into the kids room. The kids and I wanted a two colours in the kids room. It has to be vibrant and colour that suit both boy and girl.  Purple out. Blue out cos 80% of my house is in ocean. Red out. Green out. That left yellow and orange range. We decided to go for warm neutral series. Rose white for the overall backdrop and ginger peachy on one of the wall. My FIL is so nice to help us to paint again. He asked me to chose the colours and he will do the rest.  It was later that we realised the Rose White was the original colour of the room. Doesnt matter cos the room look so pretty now.  Now the wall are on one 1 coat. The ginger peachy is now happily on one of the wall. It is vibrating in the room. Kids love the colours combination and they cant wait to shift into the new room.  ...

Finally, we got it changed. Law was very determined to get it fix. We went to the contact Eelin gave us and got the cheapest range set that come with the basin. So glad we got rid of the HDB dirty blue toilet bowl n basin. The toilet looks so much cleaner. FIL said the set look great and the price is pretty cheap too. Thank Eelin.

I was doing some spring cleaning of the room when I found some photos in the big piles of others. What a fond memories of my grandfather who was still alive back then. If I was not wrong this was taken when celebrating his birthday. That was like more than 10 years ago. Law still remembered that it should be around year 2000.  We are so young back then. 

A full range of eye shadoreceived ullyUnfortunate the lucky blue palette broke. Other many presents i received from friends and families.  Hand Massager with hand cream. Just nice.  I ordered a home noodle machine through my SIL and she gave it to me as Xmas pressie. What a surprise!  Why simple noodle recipe attached.  Then a soap from Brunei trip from my sister. I like the smell and the wrapper. 

Every year the amount of presents under the Xmas tree is getting more n more. Each family has to get a give for the other families or couple. So 1 family has to get about err.... (Xian, BBgong, Mum, Bro) that will be 4 pressies then 1 more for pick ur xmas gift exchange then the kids (Janelle, Julian, Jovan, Nelicia, Martin, Shuhan) that will be 6 presents and this will multiple for each family and the result was .... my Xmas tree look petite with all the presents under the short feet tree. hahaha..  The Xmas celebration will come with food to feast on.  I have tried making my mushroom soup this year instead of just adding mushroom into the campbell soup. The result is super standard just like the restaurant.  On both day of celebration with my dearest BFFs and family, the pasta dish was very well received by the kids and the adults. My sis blamed me for not cooking enough. LOL...  Of course my biggest fan is always my dearest handsome J...

After the reorg, I no longer with the team. Embaking a new journey mean a "farewell" to me and other two. Here we have lunch at Mariner' corner all paid by Andrew n the team.  THANK YOU. You are the best team I have worked with beside the programme lead. Lol...
