Cream cracker steamed cake
If u dun have a oven try making this cake with ur steamer. Well, u dun really need to buy a steamer to make this cake. All you need is a wok that can do steaming like what I did. ingredients are so simple. Cream cracker 苏打饼, sugar, butter, 6 eggs and cocoa powder. Mixed them well n voila the cream cracker cake.
Department event prawning
Prawn prawn where r u? I only managed to catch 2. Hahhaa... so sad but colleagues are nice. They let me bring back all the prawns but I suggested to get it cook somewhere and have it together. So we end up at Mr Wok, the stall owner us nice to cook up the prawn to white pepper flavour n charge me a minimum of $5. Now we all get to savour the hard work this afternoon.
Promotion team lunch
Someone got promoted n all benefited. Korean craze n we had korean bbq lunch buffet at tiong bahru. well it did not end here. We continued with KTV at 10 dollar at chinatown.
Growing long bean
I have finally tidy up my plants by getting rid of the old dying and potting new. Long bean - seed from my uncle farm. He asked me to try growing to see if I could harvest my own vegetable. I tried with my 1st 12. There are also sweet potatoes growing. I always have shoots of baby plants growing when I bought too much of potatoes, onion and sweet potatoes n forgotten to cook them. We can eat the sweet potatoes leave so I am trying to see if my sweet potatoe leave is going to taste nice. Anyway back to long bean. It is just like growing any beans, it is easy to sprout but I dun know will it manange to last till it bear vegetable for me. Ha... we should see....
Dinner with mummies
Half yearly gathering with the forum mummies staying near. Some of them stayed just a few blocks away but the chance to meet up is probably less than once for 3 months. Its so nice to gather n catch up with them. We had dinner at Cafe Melba near out place. Unfortunately we forgotten to take a group photos.

Happy Birthday to my big boy. We had a quick dinner celebration at Chiso Zanma Japanese buffet.
真真粥品
It is only 135am in the morning and the queue is this long. I thot I can beat the lunch crowd but I am so wrong. By the time I get my food it is about my early lunch. Die die must try cos I missed it do many time. Long queue must be good right. The stall is so busy that they neporridge and the chicken is very tender. Thibk they are using yhe thigh portion.ine help to stir the porridge. finally i see my food after 50min of queuing. i am so disappointed with the yu sheng. It has no seasoning, very bland n all they give is limeto cut off the fishy smell. Actually no fishy smell but i will prefer it to be season with some sesame oil. As for the porridge, it was quite a big portion for $3. I ordered chicken porridge and they give the thigh portion so the meat is very tender.
