Finally I manage to get the taste n texture right for the hairy gourd and the most satisfying n encouraging moment when Julian told me it was delicious n he love it so much that he ate the most. Most vegetable he ever consumed in a meal. He wanted me to cook the same dishes for him again. Without HC I dun think I can make this dishes came out so fast n to the right texture.

I can't help it but to take a picture of julian's handwriting. He is in extremely good mood learning his spelling for Monday. Why? Cos he has complete all his homework n he is feeling relax. That show on everything he did for me and the good handwriting display.

U bot a big bag of potatoes the other days. Just today I am ready to prepare them. I mashed it up, add in spinish, crabmeat stick n sweated onion. Season with salt n pepper. Roll it dip it in biscuit crumb n we have yummy potatoes crouches. Them we have some left over filling. I found a big sheet of beancurd sheet, cut it out into smaller sheet n wrap the left over potatoes filling it. Pan fried in my HC. viola another simple finger food that can be part of our dinner.

A facial sunblock after I signed up a facial package with my beautician. I tried her the other product and like it very much. Thot she is still carry kose. I decided to used the other product which has a more lighter scene. So far so good. I love the light texture n lightly scented. Only that it is only spf30.

Feel like baking after I got some recipe books from national library. Here I am 10pm at night smelling my banana cake. Julian n Law said they wanted the cake for breakfast. Unfortunately, the cake did not turn out to be what I imagine even to the taste. Could it be that I use oil instead of butter thus it was not flavourable? Possible but corn oil is definate healthier. Thus I can try throwing this recipe and no point blogging it down.

Exam, Test. Just name it. It is in the air now. Janelle has being handing me the dates of the tests that are coming out. As the KS mother, I ensure all the dates are in my calender as well. KS mother? I was force to be one althot I hope I will not but I am quite a mild version. I hope so. P1 not really having EXAM but tests to ensure the child understands the concept she has learned so far. That mean the school will not rate them. Is it true? Teachers or parents or the children? If not because of the paper, how would they rate whether Janelle should attend higher chinese or the normal stream chinese. Hubby arranged a staycation at Parkroyal Hotel on my birthday. It took him a while to decide which one to go. I didnt want him to spend too much on just a day stay so we chose one near our place. The room wasnt big but they gave us a bed for Janelle for free which is quite a good offer. Seriously, i was quite daze even on my own bday and not particularly in a good mood. Things doesnt get any better when Julian was a bit feverish suddenly and Law had to travel back to fetch his medication from home, luckily we are not too far from home. Unfortunately, he did not book our dining restuarant with the buffet in the hotel so they end up giving us either a table outside which was warm or a table near their cleaning area. I did not want to have my birthday dinner in such environment so I walked out of the restaurant after siting there for 5 mins.
