French dining with sisters and mum. Thanks my dearest sister Mary for giving us a treat. Lets take a look at the dishes we ordered. Yum yum. French cuisine at a fraction of the price. I love the new suntec city although it was not fully renovated for all the shop but the new layout n new shops was a great injection to the shopping mall. There are more new restaurants opened up at the basement and not the few we always see. As usual the place was crowded with people during dinner time. Peperoni Pizza restaurant  Vietnam Restaurant for beef noodles and Vietnam Sandwiches  Giant In suntec to replace Carrefore. Pack'D   Having meal Is always a fighting moment between two kids. One wants noodle n the other wants rice then mummy wants beef n daddy wants cheap. Most of the time the kids win cos they have stronger aura than adults. It is only a matter which kid wins.  This round both of the kids win cos daddy bring Jul to eat what he wants and Jan eats what she wants. Everyones happy, Jan and I wanted to try Peperoni but there was a queue so we end up at Pack'D.  Not a very fantastic sandw...

The cake is so soft that hubby and I sat down enjoyed all the cake after my lesson. The cake goes well with a cup or tea or coffee or simply water. Here I made a chocolate flavour in the morning before I set off for my 1 week course. It is so easy with my PinKA's help now. The cake will be cooled by my fan for hours. Hahaha...

Training the kids to be a handy and useful person. Part of independent training. The kids are told to read and understand the instruction manual to fix their own study room chair. Mummy n daddy will help on area that need extra strength. Chair completed. Well done kids!

1st mission for my PinKA is to make this 相思蛋糕that the FB baking club is crazy about. I am waiting for this moment for PinKA to show off the whisking technique in a few mins. Easy pesy with my PinKA and preparing the cake batter seem faster now. Time save, thumb up. The cake is very soft and  was told to eat it after chilled so i placed it in the fridge over night and had it this afternoon. The cake colapsed a bit but did not affect texture. i made passion fruit flavour but the flavour is not strong. Will try chocolate next time. This cake ask for 6 eggs which is quite alot. 

Happy Birthday to me. This is the present that hubby got for my birthday this year. Something I have being eyeing for 10 years and it is mine finally.   Sweet color. Pink. See my recovering hunk carrying my present home now. My present is finally home. Shall I make something tonight?? She is a babe right. So pretty n catchy and strikingly astonishingly. Let read the instruction before starting. 

Le restaurant at suntec. Unfortunately the food is not as surprisingly good as I thot. A bit disappointed at the price we need to pay. However there is a 30% opening discount for diners which ease our disatisfactory slightly. Asking abt the restaurant ambiance, very relaxing n calming as alk the guests are eatung under dim light. May be that make us couldnt see our food clearly.

This was what Law n I used to wear.  Now we will alternate with my blue lapis n Law will wear his che ju. i wanted to get a rose quartz into my collection. 

Yum yum.i.. I made the cola chicken a few times this time I cook my chix wings careful so it still look nice for photography. This is the 1st time i cook this sambal mussels. I love to order this dish when i order malay rice. Hope dear will like it.

My dear daughter has to start her elearning at 0730. I thot is OTOT as long as she finishes by today. As a supporter, I prepared breakfast for her and for myself.

The salad is easy but I made my own sesame sauce. This is yummy!!!

So happy. I am so lucky!!! This is the sign, signaling the positive energy work I have being working hard on. I won a mini contest at Facebook!! My sister told me I won the contest from Soapshifu and will get a free natural soap for Janelle. It is the testimony of energy work. Be positive always and all the luck will come. Come come come..... so HAPPY with my prize and it was so BIG. 

Son having pomodoro pasta. Mum: please be careful when you eat. Do not splash the pasta sauce on you white tee. Son: No, then the white tee will be beautiful with the red colouring. Mum: *staring hard at the son* Daughter: *laughing* This is parenthood, something every parents will have to deal with the kids and dealing with daughter is totally different from son. Janelle is a serious kid and she meant what she said and if she was not willing to perform or commit any tasks or promises she will not say it out. Julian is a happy goes lucky person, something he forgotten what he promised and he has a very relaxing, loving and care free and even heck free character that makes mummy and grandma very stressful. I enjoy both kids very much, Janelle gives me a sense of achievement, Julian bring smile and touches everyone hearts. Love them to the fullest.

Seriously, I think Law is happier and more excited to get the hood than me. He was so excited when he saw the hood in the kitchen, kept asking me how how how, whether it is good blah blah blah. I told him I didnt have the chance to cook anything on the 1st day. Okay to make him happy, I make sure I am going to whip up something that can showcase the power-ness of the Fujioh FS890 hood. I did stir fry, deep frying, boiling and as long as there is smoke out of the pot and to show Law that the smoke is suck into the ventilator but I realised there are some cooking even with the fullest power of the hood my kitchen still turn smoky. Dun give me the unbeliveable look lor. I told you I was a flamboyant cook earlier right! Curious on what did I cook? You will be surprised, I was just deep frying the indian papoo, the crispy round beige cracker for my mum and kids on Sunday and it turned my kitchen smoky freaking my dearest Law out of the kitchen.
