My Xmas and new year gift from my sister and niece. Arent it lovely.

So much temptation this post Xmas sale. 1stly I went to get myself the Yankee burner and candle. Then the crab and Evelyn Xmas gift set at super good discount. Magnolia and smell so good.

After my dear friend complained he didnt have a chance to taste my banana, I decided to make more for his mother. Thank goodness that this batch of banana still good and I made steam banana cake for the mother too. Blessing other == bless yourself. Hope to make a friend's mother very happy.

I find this guy pretty cool.  My 1st dish with my anova is steak. We got a reduce to clear steak. Bad steak? I begged a different. Took it out 1hr later. Dry it with kitchen paper but pan frying it for 1 min. My 1st time sampling so I just cooking the meat and not a meal. Grabbing it. Kids said great. Jan said too chewy. May be the steak is too thin. I shall try a thicker slice next round. Super like the precision cooking.

Finally the Mcdonald is here in Asperia. 

Probably can guess why this boy is so happy because Shu Shu gave him a new mobile phone to reward him for working so hard for PSLE and achieving better we expected result. At the same time, Janelle also received the same Xmas present from Shu Shu for the same reason. Janelle did well for her overall result in sec 3 and she has improvement of all the subjects this year. This is also an early bday present for her. Now shushu has Rob off my idea for her bday present. I have to crack my brain what to get her in 10 days. While I also received my new kitchen gadget as bday present from hubby. It was so big. I actually got myself ready to Sous Vide... The worst is to get my little son something I need to assemble for him. I REGRETTED.

This year we held our Core gathering at Viven place because her place is the largest now. Lol. Look at the table of yummy food.  Eclair for dessert.  Cheese platter but only the ladies like it.  The host made the apple and potatoes salad. So yummy and refreshing.  I made the double chocolate cake that I learnt from my class.  Ham beautify by Edmund.  A platter of meat.  Cream cheese cake by me.  Presented by Viven Happy with our Xmas presents.  He got a tee from his wife.  Viven got hers from Jenn My present to Edmund. I couldn't think of anything but bird nest for him.  My 1st sou Vide cook book that I requested.  Her glass cup from Edmund..  Pans from Xiangwei.  There is so much fun and food today. Love the company so much. 

Mummy always there to hold me when I needed her. Blessing us all the time. Even when she did her prayer everytime. I was so busy with work that I couldn't rush for the praying session. Thanks my mum for helping us to settle everything. Now we have two blessing towels.
