End of a milestone for Julian with a very well performance. I invited my mum this year to watch his concert with us.

Always wanted to make rustic and traditional French or Italian bread. However I realise my oven has an uneven temperature which my bread end up quite unevenly bake. This is broiche.

Catching the twilight saga part 2 alone. I love the fighting scene. The little girl is so pretty. I'm kind of enjoying watching movie alone.

We didn't expect Janelle to receive academic Achievement this year. However, it is still a pleasant surprise to all of us thot we are cannot apply for it. This certificate serves a great encouragement to Janelle who will continue to strive harder next year.  We will keep this as a her yearly achievement portfolio. Her leadership aim next year was to be appointed as Perfect so she hope the teacher will chose other classmate as monitor for her to move on to another role.

School holiday always has many movies to catch up with. Rise of the Guardian is a very meaningful animation at this festival season. The kids love it!

We are all waiting for her arrival. She is finally here with us. So cute and chubby.

If we all noticed that different school used different textbooks so that puzzle me why didnt MOE just standardise 1 type of textbooks for each subject? I later discovered be it My Pals series or Shaping Maths they are from the same publisher Marshall Cavendish. We actually like the publisher Maths assessment books and have already got the Maths 3A for Janelle to start working on it at home. I only need to get Science assessment book to kick start Janelle's Scientist potential and get her to read more science fact and help her to answer her science question correctly. Already start BTing in my mind....

Call back home to check which class Janelle will be allocated to. “3 Joy and the top class”, she said. Guess she was trying to satisfy mummy’s 虚荣心. Thanks dear I am proud of you (althot the competition in her school is not as scary cos there is only 4 classes comparing to Flower kids who has over 10 classes in the same cohot) . Now I can order her P3 textbook. To continue the convensation, I asked who will be joining her and she named quite a few familiar names and I knew those friends are pretty good in their studies. No time to idle and time to catch and speed up. May be I shld be look upon Worry and BT with her. There is no harm BTing, BTing meaning we have put in effort to supervise the kids’s works? Nice excuses. OK making my way to popular expo sale to grab assessment books now.

Received a SMS last friday informing me that I won a pair of GALA Premiere ticket to watch "COLD WAR - 寒战"  It was long time since I won anything, even a small prize like this brightened us up too.  It is also a surprise to see 郭富城 turned up at the GALA Premiere, we are very honoured to able to get a glimpse of him. Unfortunately my handphone camera is not quick enough to capture him. This is my 2nd time seeing him appear in public and he still as handsome as ever. Anyway, it is a great show and a great plot, the Taiwanese actor Eddie Pang is really good although he did not appear much in the movie but I kind of like his evil looks. As for 刘德华 he is really "友情客串", it is good that the director looked for 郭富城 for the lead role.

While everyone goes crazy about iphone5, Galaxy S3 and Note2. I am looking at the other direction for a phone that I can use in my workplace. All the while I have being using iNO SOLO, very military looking phone and the usage is utimate premitive too. Since it was a free phone while mum got his HTC, I just used it. Recently, new non-camera phone launch and the price is not too high so I decided to give it a try too.  iNO One. Have being asking around for the phone but look like this phone is getting really hot with personnel who have the same working requirement as me so till now I still do not have a feel of it. Just placed my order with iNO website. Hope to hear good new from the coy soon.

Everyone love cute and interesting things and to me this is very seducing. What would a man think if a woman give him this?

Orientation day for Julian. He is taking it well comparing to Janelle. Really my big boy. A friend find it hard to spell his class name, I have problem pronounced it. This is going to be Julian classroom coming year. There is a washing basin in the classroom. Queues to register school bus service next year. There are queues to purchase uniform and books. I am lucky not to take the long queue as I went for the incomplete set, even got Julian 2 assessment books. Julian said the books are easy and he should be able to do it.

Still disappointed that the design i wantef is not available at Coach retailer shop. I didn't know the duffle bag is so big but I like big bag. It is so big and taller than the lock n lock bottle. Furthermore I love the smell of leather. Very Atas smell. However the inner lining is so not Atas leh.

饺子凉菜。 I love the China appetizer dishes. It is not only spicy but also 麻 but I just love it very much. Now I am sitting in the 东北饺子王restaurant waiting for my 白菜饺子和凉菜. Wanted to order a bowl of 酸辣汤 but the waitress told me Iay not finished it. Here come a big bowl of appetizer. The vegetable is so fresh. It has shredded cabbage, cucumber, lettuce and beancurd skin. The sauce is not too spicy n sour. Very refreshing to me. Not too sure if I can finish it myself.

Hubby just called that he was involved in a car accident at SLE. The car travelling infront of him E-brake and travelling at the speed of 90km/h on the highway there have to be some stopping distance. BANG!!! 3 cars involved in the accident and our car is the last one. Looking at the car condition, look like the car need to be in the hospital for at least a week. We just gave it a wash two days ago. Heartache... 1st hand photo from hubby...   Waiting to be sent to workshop..

I was not a cheese person, not even a milk person as well. The 1st cheese I tasted was the melted cheese on my hamburger which is quite acceptable as it goes very well with the beef patty. Then I went supermarket to get the Kraft sliced packet cheese and nearly fell off the chair. The cheese was then cold storage in my mother fridge till the next fridge clear up exercise. I am always curious about the different kinds of cheese at the buffet table and the block of cheese at Cold Storage gourment corner. Cheese doesnt come cheap, so in order not to waste my hard earned $$ on cheese I do not like to eat. I started trying out cheese when a friend came back from France, the taste of the cheese was so good that it kept lingered in my mind and taste bud. I adventured out to try getting my 1st gourment cheese from the cold storage without sampling any, ti kam ti kam hoping I ti kam a nice cheese acceptable by me. Then at the same Cold Storage supermarket, we happened to try a Holland ch...

Due to my fault, the bag that I ordered did not manage to reach my BIL work place in time. After check did I realised the mailing address was incomplete and causing the return to sender. The seller could only resend the bag 2 - 3 weeks later. By then my BIL would have being back Singapore. Disappointed with myself, I have to ordered the shop to cancel my order and refund me. I can only blame myself for making the silly mistake in the 1st place. BIL was nice enough to make a trip down to the shop to search for the bag I wanted. Unfortunately, the shop did not have the color I wanted. He made a great effort to call me this morning to inform me about it. After all the selection and numerous calls from him to update me. We finally settle for another design and another color. Seem to us that the color I wanted can only be easily available online, although I did not manage to get the design and color I wanted but my BIL managed to get a 25% on the final bag he helped me to purchase. Stil...

I have being receiving call from oversea and it only rang once or most 2 to 3 times and disconnected. At 1st I thot it was hubby calling from Hong Kong but the connection can be this bad unless he is using viber. So I did a check and guess wat, it was from Bangladesh! Must be some worker wrote the number wrongly and end up my number. I did pick up one call but I only heard noise from the other. Most like due to lousy connection. I hope is not any urgent call for anyone.
