Simple noodles, delicious soup.... Is comfort food to me. Here I decided to want to make my own handmade noodles today. I made my own dough for the noodles. Just 3 cups of plain flour, 1 cup of potatoes flour, salt, oil and 1n 1/2 cup water. Rbr to knead well. I let the dough to rest in the fridge for a few hours. Actually 30min is good enough. I also make dumplings. I got the dumplings skin from NTUC. I do not like the local yellow skin wanton skin so I bot a pack of Shanghai dumplings skin from NTUC. My noodles. So yummy.
