Student Card

One day, Janelle smsed me if I saw her student card. I told her I didnt take it. After looking high and low for it and we can declared it was lost.

That mean we have to make a new one for her. I asked her to find out how are we going to replace a new card from her teacher. She took back a small slip of instructions, and I took a look and realised we have to take a picture and pay a visit to one of the destinated interchange or Tiong Bahru MRT Station to get it done.

I dragged my feet on this, as I seeing no urgency to use the student card since daddy is the one doing the fetching. Finally, I was so determined to get it settle now else we can wait for another months to come.

We settled the photo taking, and I was thinking which Interchange to visit for to make the card by visiting the MRT website. I chanced upon the lost student card link and realised it can be done online. I didnt even need to go down at all. It is all click away. Happily I settled all the issued, paid for the card and it will take 5 days to reach us.

Busy and happy Sunday

 It was a busy Sunday with celebration. 1stly we attending Amelia One year old birthday ceclebration.  BIL invited a magician to perform for the kids. The magician brought along a buddy for the kids to pat after the show. We are supposed to come for birthday dinner much earlier because Janelle insert her Korea trip last min and daddy have to change the timing. Luckily we still able to get seat on 23 Jul.  They have an order your pasta counter where they cook the pasta on the spot. Lobster is not really our favourite and it was quite true because the meat was not sweet and a bit tougher than poached prawn. My 1st 10km - Army Half Marathon

I always dream to go for it but I hate running/jogging. I dun have the stamina to do even a 1km run. How to go for 10km? I must be crazy! Yes, 48 now and I dun start having crazy thought and things I will never get to do it. The begining of the run was because a colleague who hardly exercise said he will join so people like me of same category also signed up to support him. Furthermore, he will be walking and not jogging, which is same as me. WALKING. We started late because we waiting for you and me. Starts around 7am, the race for 10km run started at 6.30am Feeling shiok because you only got to walk like a big "boss" in the middle of the road as if you own it at this moment.
