I was flipping my recipe books and saw this in one of the dim sum series. Instead of getting 桂花 to make, I just improvise and use 菊花. All you need is a mould, sugar, 菊花, 枸杞子,water and jelly powder. I used the rock honey sugar instead of white sugar. Simply follow the jelly making method, instead of plain water, just soaked boiled water with 菊花 for 10 min, sieved obtained the 菊花茶 mixed in the rock honey sugar and jelly powder and let it set in the fridge for dessert after meal. Cooling treat for the hazy weather now.
