I nearly throw the winning stub away. I thought only if I got 4 matching number that I will be able to collect some money. Luckily Xuejin told me 3 numbers we can collect money else I would have throw it away. I'm really not @ gamble person. However, we are still happy that it was a good omen for the end of the years. This is not my 1st Pandora. I got my 1st Pandora from my sister many years back when none of my peer around me owned one at all. Although I have it but I didnt execute it - meaning I didnt buy the chain to chain the bead my sister got it for me. She promised she will buy me one beads a year till I have enough to chain them up. She stops after 2 years. I got 2 beads in one of year for my birthday and xmas present. While packing my cosmetic box I came across some of my nail polish n I couldn't recall why did I get this gray nail polish. However it look nice on me, did my hand myself, no base coat no top coat but I didn't care. The color may just be on my nail for one day.

I wanted to make Panettone which they call this a Xmas bread for my BDS gathering on New Year but I have never taste it before. I was having my medical appointment at Thomson n while looking for a place to settle my brunch I came across a bread shop selling the bread at $4. Not expansive, why not I try 1st before I make one.

My 1st time trying Tunglok teahouse at Novena Square 2. Very old Hong Kong teahouse deco with the modern n fun Choo choo train track food delivery services. I ordered the oyster porridge and it was flavorful. See. This is how the deliver my food! After you pick up your food do rbr to press the button to send the tray back.i ordered 3 dishes and a pot of puer tea. Nice decoration of the restaurant. I came for early lunch, or I call brunch since I skipped breakfast. The restaurant was clean and neat, the crowd did come in during lunch time. 

This is what happen when the little demon is on the loose. Ever since he can walk, he will use all the chances to walk as much as he can. I am happy that I dun have to carry 10kg around but it will be even more tiring running after a 10kg demon. Cute is also another problem! 

Sometime being alone is not a bad thing. Being alone allow myself to reconnect, give me time to reflect, have peace, enjoy the company myself, the quietness is so precious. Watching how the world goes by around you, people walking pass you, working around you.

While busy shopping xmas gift for other, I also hope there will be someone busy shopping for me. I would expected a G2 but after a while I find this Fitbit Charge 2 suit me well too. Thank hubby for the healthy xmas gift. 

I suggested to Law if we could spend some time with the older kids, bring them to a movie and meals without Skyler. So we handed Skyler over to MIL that after and we head down for Rogue One movie with the kids. I brought the kids to try Shi Li Fang Steamboat and they love it very much, luckily the movie was at 4pm and we have time to have our lunch slowly.  After show, daddy suggested we go over to OG bugis, just for window shopping and we settled our dinner at Bugis plus Ramen Champion place. Before we head back to the car park, we saw people holding on to a cup flowing with cold ice and decided to give it a try. OMG, it was such a gimmick. It was not ice-cream at all, it was quick frozen cereal in the nitrogen eating it with a strawberry sauce and this snack cost $6.50. One time experience for all of us. 

It was very hard to imagine spending Xmas without family. We nearly wanted to do away with the Xmas makaning together because I didnt want to host at my place. We are getting Mary to host at her place but she had programme with her friends. When kids asked what we will be doing on Xmas day, I told them we will be staying at home and Ah Yee will not be coming. The disappointment set in immediately. Although receiving xmas present was what they love on that day, they also expecting family gathering since we have being doing this for many years. I also dun want to spend Xmas lonely at home so I told my sister that let have a small one at her place so she doesnt need to travel to mine. I will bring all the food over so not to ask her to spend much on food. She wasnt working and brother in law is working two jobs to sustain the living so we shouldnt add on to their burden.  So I started planning and cooking. Read about the registration instructions on the school website. It was clear precise and no nonsense. Principal boh eng entertain the parents on the registration day so all kids come for registration, buy books and uniform will do. Principal will address the parents again on 14 Jan. So set off early as I wanna show Janelle how to walk to school. We managed to find the school door. Once we reached, there are many students on duty to guide the blur blur new kids n parents. We went to the white board, look for Janelle name and check in the row for registration in the hall. We were early so not too many pple yet. We have to go to J for registration.  Registration was very fast and simple. Once registered, we got a folder and book list to proceed on. We head down for uniform then school text books. Took me about 2 hours as I go alone, if Law coming we would have done faster.  Coming in from backdoor.

I wanted to bring Janelle for a good meal for doing well in her PSLE so I asked her if she wanted to try French food for a change. We headed Savuer at Far East Plaza as we will be going shopping at Orchard after meal. There is a set lunch offer and we ordered the set lunch each. I have the duck confetti will Janelle took the chicken leg and pasta. I ordered the angel hair pasta, onion soup, foie gras and the salmon from the appetizer list.  The mushroom soup from the lunch set menu and it was great, the onion soup was not as what I expected. I like the salmon but it was raw so Janelle didnt really enjoy it. She loves the foie gras, she said it taste better than the pig liver or chicken liver. She has an expansive taste bud! I love their duck confetti and the smooth silky mashed potatoes. Even Janelle commented that was the best mashed she has ever tasted. Janelle find her chicken leg a bit plain and may be she was half full and she didnt really enjoy her main cours...

I was sleeping when the secondary school posting result out at 6:11am in the morning. I only check my phone after before I left home for work. Many told me Janelle should be able to enter the school she dreamt of. The COP should not have increase too much this year, given that she scored buffer for it. I took a screenshot of the sms from MOE and send to her. She was very happy she got in. I believe she must have started communicating and checking with her peer. We are happy for her, at least so far we love the school environment and I read in KSP forum that this school has many good comments. I also believe to be in the school of her choice will help in her studies. She didn't score enough for IP but that's also good cos we have one less things to consider as she already started to worry if she can cope with HCL which is a compulsory for all students.

We knew Julian has hidden mole on his head covered up by his hair but then we realised this particular mole seem to get a bit meaty over time. I am a bit of worry actually and thinking if I need to consult a doctor on this. However MIL said this mole was there for quite sometime but I didnt remember this mole was so big last round. 

Between to two older siblings Skyler always prefer the brother. He loves watching Julian playing with balls, making funny faces and doing funny action that trigger his laughter. However baby Skyler still doesnt know the strength of SAYANG and slapping. Poor Julian always gotten the slaps more than sayang he deserved. 

We went back Malaysia on Saturday to collect this trunki travel luggage from the NAN promoter aunty who was nice to help us to collect because we are not located in Malaysia. The trunki was a free gift if we bought 8 boxes of 1.3kg NAN optipro 3 milk powder. It was a promotion and we thought it wasnt a bad idea to get one for Skyler and I heard from my sister that this little box cost $80 in retail.  Janelle opened up the box and set it up so Skyler could play with it. Well, just for a while and he got sick of exploring it and started ventured into my kitchen again. 

This boy serious need a haircut so waiting for uncle Danny to be back from his Taiwan trip. Uncle Danny is so happy to see Skyler and I told him to try maintain the Korean boy look but a short hair at the back. Danny asked if I wanna hold him, I said to try letting him sit alone. He didn't cry, just finding the cloth very uncomfortable n he keep turning his hair left n right. I have to pass him Julian can of Milo to keep him still so Danny could complete his work. We are proud of him for able to sit on his own without crying so much better than Julian.  Then Julian's turn and it end up like a basketball player head that is how Law describe. 

Late lunch n I head into Dazzling cafe to try their set lunch. Not a fantastic meal to me but I like their lychee lavender tea. Sometime you just couldn't find anyone to keep yourself company. 

Law said lets stayed at Ascott KL apartment and it make more sense financially as it was much cheaper this way. The checkin lobby wasnt that huge and grand but pretty decent.  We love the apartment! It was a 2 rooms apartment with individual bathroom attached to it and each bathroom have bathtub. Our bed was very comfortable, we requested for a baby cot and it come with comfortable small pillow and a blanket.  The kids each got a bed, we have a kitchen, dining place n a living area. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking ware, oven, utensil, fridge, water kettle, cups, pots and pan. How I hope I have more time to cook a dish in this apartment.  We reached the hotel quite late because we set off around 4pm from Sitiawan and only reached Ascott around 8pm. After so long I missed Sitiawan so much and can't wait to get home. We set off at 5 am and we are targeting to reach by noon.  Unfortunately, the road we took was jamming on n off along the way.  I have to sit with Skyler to keep him company through out the trip. He was quite a good baby for this road trip. Well done Skyler.  There was some jam along the way as they are making the road better but Law was so irriated as he wanted to reach Sitiawan fast so he will have more time to try all the food his missed very much. When we finally reached Sitiawan we headed to a noodles store we can come across to have our lunch. We have way past our lunch hour and the kids are hungry too. We settled at a noodles stall and we saw this prawn pancake and Law told me to get some.
