One day, Janelle smsed me if I saw her student card. I told her I didnt take it. After looking high and low for it and we can declared it was lost. That mean we have to make a new one for her. I asked her to find out how are we going to replace a new card from her teacher. She took back a small slip of instructions, and I took a look and realised we have to take a picture and pay a visit to one of the destinated interchange or Tiong Bahru MRT Station to get it done.  Dumplings time is here again as I will be very busy for the next two weekends I decided to make the dumplings earlier. Here there are many things to be prepared a day ahead. Soaking the beans overnight. Mum - My greatest help. without her I cant possiblity make the dumplings myself. Batches and batching. Steaming and steaming. the dumplings required 2 hrs of cooking. This tower steamer was brought over from mum place for such special event. A very good steamer that is as old as my youngest sister. 168 dumplings. We marked each year with a new records. Two colors strings to differential between chestnut and black eye bean dumplings. I still prefer the dumplings with black eye beans.

Got a new fry pan. I was tore between Happycall or K Art brand and decides to go for the latter cos of the discount. The non stick works and said it has 7 coating or layers. I tried cooking without oil n it is easy to fry. For such a price, it is definite worth it. Thumb up!
