1st movie of the year. Yes, after all the open n close and eventually waiting for a good movie to spend the time in the cinema. Marvel Shangi-Chi is really a great show and it happen to screen during the school holiday. Safe distancing with enjoyment. Be safe all these while. 

I was thinking for a while if I should continue making mooncake because my previous 2 batches of baked mooncake failed badly. I was so disappointed and have no idea what really went wrong. The so call good Kluang mooncake recipe is not good to me as well.  I still have the filling left and I didnt want to waste it so I gave the snowskin mooncake a try giving that I have already brought the mini mooncake mold.  I took the steamed skin method and I really like the skin texture plus the not so sweet lotus paste I got, it was quite a success for the snowskin.  I showed the mooncake to my siblings and they wanted me to make more for them. My siblings are always such a great encouragement.  It is small, the mochi texture skin and less sweet. The sugar level is not that stressful to the body

This is my 1st airplant.  This is my 1st fortune plant. I have being giving me many fortunate now.. 

We or hubby decided that he wanted to digitalize our main gate. His reason was that opening the front gate with keys when we our hands are full can be troublesome. So the initial idea was to install a digital lock for the gate. He has being source and researching for one and we nearly got it in Shopee. Then he decided he wanted to drop by Yale showroom instead. We went and from getting a gate lock we end up changing the main door as well because I knew he will be thinking of changing for the door in near future so we might as well change it down since the package will be much cheaper.  I feel my doors are complete.  A little cut to fit in the new lock. On Singapore 56th birthday, I took up the challenge to make nasi lemak for the family that day. In order not to rush myself and end up failing, I prepared the lemak chilli a day before. Even marinated the chicken wing a day before. On the actual day, I only need to go down to Mustafa and look for a good basmati rice for my nasi. We went down not knowing which brand to chose so we asked the native there and they recommended me 2 brands and we decided one and got the small pack home. My mum came over, so I asked her to help me test my chilli and it needed a bit more sugar. I didnt rush myself too much because i only need to cook some vegetable dishes, fried the chicken wings and cook the rice. Going in 4 cups of basmati rice and I think my rice cooker is too small and since 1st time i didnt really check the rice. This year birthday celebration continue to stay low key because the restriction got loosen and then tightened again.  Thank you my sister for getting Law a fruit tart and we used it as birthday cake instead One day, I realised all the kids have the same nose. LOL Happy Birthday to Daddy

 Time flies and it is time to plan for Skyler P1 school. In-order to ensure he gets a place for P1, we decided to register him to Janelle school which just converted to mixed school not long ago. Our choice will be the nearest to our home at GMSP at phase 2C. Hoping there will be place for him to get in.
