Long hours to KL

 We planned our June trip to KL to attend Cousin Hao wedding dinner at Kajang (KL). I wanted to kids to travel shorter so I got them Airasia air ticket travelling with my Sis (Xian) to KL instead. She brought along 3 kids and 1 teen (coming to adulthood) my Jan.


Law and I will then drive in to KL to fetch them from airport to hotel instead. We set off early, sending Julian to RP for his class then we head in JB. Luckily there is no jam and we used 1.5hr to clear both Singapore and Malaysia. 

We had breakfast and head straight to KL, minimizing toilet breaks hoping to get into KL as early as possible. While traveling on the road, the kids started to prepare and meet ah yi at T4. While I thought they will be taking the same flight with popo after AirAsia reschedule them to be in the same flight as popo. My sister kept getting message from AirAsia that the flight will be delayed and by the time they are suppose to board the flight. They were stop giving reason that the flight was full and then started the long wait for available flight at T4.

Sis kept using inform of each rescheduling from AirAsia and to a point that they were told the most possible flight for them to fly in KL was in 0015hr in 1 June. For me and Law, we came in KLIA2 around 10pm and waiting for them till they landed at nearly 2am. 

 Poor kids only manage to rest at 4am. 

We really cannot accept how AirAsia playing around with the passengers to maximize their own profit. My poor family were not given much choice but to wait for the airline arrangement. We pity the families who holiday got cut shorten because of the airline.

Busy and happy Sunday

 It was a busy Sunday with celebration. 1stly we attending Amelia One year old birthday ceclebration.  BIL invited a magician to perform for the kids. The magician brought along a buddy for the kids to pat after the show. We are supposed to come for birthday dinner much earlier because Janelle insert her Korea trip last min and daddy have to change the timing. Luckily we still able to get seat on 23 Jul.  They have an order your pasta counter where they cook the pasta on the spot. Lobster is not really our favourite and it was quite true because the meat was not sweet and a bit tougher than poached prawn. Skyler like the pasta but not the lobster so we share the lobster instead but we only share the half lobster after that none of us wanna waste our tummy space for it.  The dessert table are full of beautiful dessert.  We finally remember to get someone to take a family shot for us. My 1st 10km - Army Half Marathon

I always dream to go for it but I hate running/jogging. I dun have the stamina to do even a 1km run. How to go for 10km? I must be crazy! Yes, 48 now and I dun start having crazy thought and things I will never get to do it. The begining of the run was because a colleague who hardly exercise said he will join so people like me of same category also signed up to support him. Furthermore, he will be walking and not jogging, which is same as me. WALKING. We started late because we waiting for you and me. Starts around 7am, the race for 10km run started at 6.30am Feeling shiok because you only got to walk like a big "boss" in the middle of the road as if you own it at this moment.
