We attend Troy wedding today, which is held at Fullerton Hotel. Not the 1st time we had wedding meals there. It is a very classy hotel and of course the 8 courses meal are not going cheap as well. Surprisingly, the lunch is quite delicious comparing to the dinner we attended last year. No kids this time as we wanted to have a peaceful lunch. Lawrence has a little catch up with his poly classmates. The lunch ended at 3 plus which was quite unexpectedly early but we are glad cos no one likes draggy meals. We head home to change and went to fetch the kids. Cant decide where to go next, I suggested the Mickey Mouse restaurant at Anchorpoint. Gosh, the car park was full and we have to make a detour to Ikea, luckily we managed to get a lot there. However, we changed our plan of having dinner at Ikea after seeing the crowd. We proceed to Anchorpoint and realised the Micky mouse restaurant was no better, Law suggested we explored the area before making a decision for dinner. Infact, the food c...

Recovery

Janelle has finally recover from fever after stopping PD Sim medication and continue with chinese medicine from Yu Guo. MIL said the Chinese medicine must be very strong cos Janelle body was very cold these few days. She actually stop all medication once Janelle fever never occurred again. I do agree with her that Janelle's body was on the cold side when I hugged her last nite. She lost some weight, her face was sharper today and she still wasnt as active yet. However, I have sent her to attend her Speech and Drama class last nite and she is back to school today. She was reluntant to attend school, must have rest to much at home. I told her the teacher called to check on her and told me her classmates missed her very much. I asked if she missed her best friends.

Taking the opportunity of the school holiday, I had booked 5 tix to watch The Rainbow Fish with my sister and nephew at 2:3pm. The show must be hot cos I couldnt get the Big Family package for 11am show. The kids will have to forgo their nap time that day. *05 Sept - mark my calendar*

Janelle is sick

Law found Janelle very unusual last night. She wasnt as talkative as she was and was very quiet on our way home after her Speech and Drama class. Law said Janelle looked very restless, we felt her body and realised her temperature seemed a little bit higher. It was confirmed with the thermometer. Law suspected the temperature in the classroom could be too high and Janelle caught a cold there but Janelle told daddy that she did feedback to teacher Diana about the temperature in the class. Then we realised we dun have any spared paracetamol at home. I told Law to make a trip to mustafa to get one. The temperature dropped a little after the medication but it shot up again in the morning. I gave her another dosage and brot her to PD Sim. PD Sim asked a few qns and suggested to start Janelle with mild antibiotics this time as her fever had climbed up to 40 degree once and the possibility of another peak is very high. I asked for an extra bottle of Nurofen to keep for emergency. Every...
