生日第二步曲

Both Law and I took leave on my bday to enjoy ourselves. Law chose Cafebiz at Trader Hotel to have lunch with me. Not a big spread but the food is quite nice, unfortunately no oyster and sashimi but I have a good portion of smoked salmon.


We did a little shopping around Tanglin Mall and Law suggested we head down to ION. But my shopping cell is not active today, so I told Law I dun feel like going to anywhere crowded or shopping center that make me lost.


Since he wanted to get a walkie talkie at Sim Lin Sq, I suggested we head there. He can do his gadget shopping while I check out the KOSE facial center for overdue facial treatment. I told him it took 1.5hrs so he can take his time to shop.


Sandy, my KOSE beautician was shocked to see me. Luckily she is able to take in another customer and I also signed up a facial package with her again. My face feel so good after the good treatment.


1.5hrs is just nice for Law to shop ard, we head down to bugis for a quick shopping and dropby 红石 restaurant for the 过桥米线. I find it quite light and nice, sthing that Law like to have during this time.


We are suppose to shop for a bday cake but I suggest to Law that we bring the kids to swenson for an ice-cream.


I even called my sisters and mum to join us. We have a regular earthquake to share with my mum and sisters.

Busy and happy Sunday

 It was a busy Sunday with celebration. 1stly we attending Amelia One year old birthday ceclebration.  BIL invited a magician to perform for the kids. The magician brought along a buddy for the kids to pat after the show. We are supposed to come for birthday dinner much earlier because Janelle insert her Korea trip last min and daddy have to change the timing. Luckily we still able to get seat on 23 Jul.  They have an order your pasta counter where they cook the pasta on the spot. Lobster is not really our favourite and it was quite true because the meat was not sweet and a bit tougher than poached prawn. Skyler like the pasta but not the lobster so we share the lobster instead but we only share the half lobster after that none of us wanna waste our tummy space for it.  The dessert table are full of beautiful dessert.  We finally remember to get someone to take a family shot for us. My 1st 10km - Army Half Marathon

I always dream to go for it but I hate running/jogging. I dun have the stamina to do even a 1km run. How to go for 10km? I must be crazy! Yes, 48 now and I dun start having crazy thought and things I will never get to do it. The begining of the run was because a colleague who hardly exercise said he will join so people like me of same category also signed up to support him. Furthermore, he will be walking and not jogging, which is same as me. WALKING. We started late because we waiting for you and me. Starts around 7am, the race for 10km run started at 6.30am Feeling shiok because you only got to walk like a big "boss" in the middle of the road as if you own it at this moment.
