Continue with Celebration

After the high tea at Peony Jade, Law dropped us at Xian's place at Punggol cos there will another round of celebration in the evening. This time was to celebration Xian's Bday as her bday fall on 4th Oct.

Mary suggested Sakuru Restaurant at Punggol Marina but I told her I couldnt eat anymore. We reached Punggol Marina ard 6pm, it was quite a nice and quiet hideout. Too bad I put my camera at my sister place as she claim there was nothing nice to take. (she dun know wat is nice for photography)

We end up dinner at this Hot Stone outdoor BBQ steamboat. While happily cooking our food, the sky turned "Pink", wind blowing and we could feel droplets of rain patting on us. No time to keep the food, we rushed to the shelter. Everything was too sudden, and the restaurant staffs were busying cleaning up the pots and BBQ pats to shift into the sheltered area for us.

They setup tables and chairs beside the Bar for us to continue our meal, we only have a little more and end the dinner.

We head back to Xian place for cake-cutting. This time, Mary got two tubs of ice-cream instead of cakes for candle blowing and the ice-cream was really yummy.

Busy and happy Sunday

 It was a busy Sunday with celebration. 1stly we attending Amelia One year old birthday ceclebration.  BIL invited a magician to perform for the kids. The magician brought along a buddy for the kids to pat after the show. We are supposed to come for birthday dinner much earlier because Janelle insert her Korea trip last min and daddy have to change the timing. Luckily we still able to get seat on 23 Jul.  They have an order your pasta counter where they cook the pasta on the spot. Lobster is not really our favourite and it was quite true because the meat was not sweet and a bit tougher than poached prawn. Skyler like the pasta but not the lobster so we share the lobster instead but we only share the half lobster after that none of us wanna waste our tummy space for it.  The dessert table are full of beautiful dessert.  We finally remember to get someone to take a family shot for us. My 1st 10km - Army Half Marathon

I always dream to go for it but I hate running/jogging. I dun have the stamina to do even a 1km run. How to go for 10km? I must be crazy! Yes, 48 now and I dun start having crazy thought and things I will never get to do it. The begining of the run was because a colleague who hardly exercise said he will join so people like me of same category also signed up to support him. Furthermore, he will be walking and not jogging, which is same as me. WALKING. We started late because we waiting for you and me. Starts around 7am, the race for 10km run started at 6.30am Feeling shiok because you only got to walk like a big "boss" in the middle of the road as if you own it at this moment.
