大年初二 （下）

We supposed to go visit Law's second uncle house for a short visit. We were the 1st to reach n we stayed for a short while before we head down to Sentosa for the flower show. Unfortunately the kids did not know how to appreciate it at all.

I was expecting my mother n sisters over for a dinner. Everything was fine till I dropped my big bowl of hot lotus soup n alerts the everyone. I cut n scald my fingers n hubby had to rest me to the nearest clinic for treatment. The doctor said nothing serious but I was giving Tetanus injection for any possible infection. Not only that I was given antibiotic to complete.





My hand after the accident. My pinky and 2nd last finger were painful and have to be on cold compress for a while.




Little pinky hurt the most.






Still bleeding the next day. The wound is on the way to healing.






1st finger got a small cut but was told not to touch water.






All the 1st Aid hubby rushed to get from Mustafa Shopping center on the late night.

Busy and happy Sunday

 It was a busy Sunday with celebration. 1stly we attending Amelia One year old birthday ceclebration.  BIL invited a magician to perform for the kids. The magician brought along a buddy for the kids to pat after the show. We are supposed to come for birthday dinner much earlier because Janelle insert her Korea trip last min and daddy have to change the timing. Luckily we still able to get seat on 23 Jul.  They have an order your pasta counter where they cook the pasta on the spot. Lobster is not really our favourite and it was quite true because the meat was not sweet and a bit tougher than poached prawn. Skyler like the pasta but not the lobster so we share the lobster instead but we only share the half lobster after that none of us wanna waste our tummy space for it.  The dessert table are full of beautiful dessert.  We finally remember to get someone to take a family shot for us. My 1st 10km - Army Half Marathon

I always dream to go for it but I hate running/jogging. I dun have the stamina to do even a 1km run. How to go for 10km? I must be crazy! Yes, 48 now and I dun start having crazy thought and things I will never get to do it. The begining of the run was because a colleague who hardly exercise said he will join so people like me of same category also signed up to support him. Furthermore, he will be walking and not jogging, which is same as me. WALKING. We started late because we waiting for you and me. Starts around 7am, the race for 10km run started at 6.30am Feeling shiok because you only got to walk like a big "boss" in the middle of the road as if you own it at this moment.
